Who Am I Really? Find the Answers We Seek to Life Philosophies
We all receive the same answer to the question: Who am I? What differs is how we interpret and present our findings. The reason for this can be found in our life experience. So, to answer this question...
First of all, let's start with who you are not. You are not who you think you are. You are not your thoughts or feelings. The mind is simply a tool, with which to navigate and propel the personality through the physical world.
You are not your body either. It is merely a sheath through which your external existence is experienced.
The real self is beyond these preconceptions. The essence of who you are is the unlimited, unending infinite.
When genuine desire for truth awakens, you will begin to notice that casual observations or opinions offered by others will no longer gratify. Knowledge obtained through reading textbooks will no longer quench your thirst. A deep longing within calls out... Now you are ready to receive the benefits that come through Meditation.
